“Element Holding” joins the initiative of “Infrastructure Construction Companies Association”, which aims to empower the manufacturers of construction materials operating in the regions. The project involves identifying the needs of companies and providing them through the mentoring process.

Challenges of the Georgian construction sector, means of overcoming them, identification of risks and their correct management, modern management system – through the mentoring program, we will provide information on these and other strategically important issues to the beneficiary companies. It should be noted that the content of the project precisely responds to the goal of Element Holding – to contribute to the sustainable development of the Georgian construction sector and the country’s economy”, – mentions Zakro Eblashvili, CEO of Element Holding.
The program is implemented with the support of the Rural Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development Project (RSMEDP) funded by the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC). The RSMEDP project aims to increase employment and income in the regions of Georgia, in accordance with the 2022-2025 South Caucasus region program of Swiss cooperation.
