Suggested programs and their duration:
- MEP Ventilation – 8 months;
- The installation of the MEP water-based heating and cooling systems – 7 months;
- The installation of the MEP heating and cooling systems with freon – 3 months;
- Quality control in construction – 4 months;
- Ferroconcrete works – 8 months;
- Mechanical grinding – 3 months;
- Painting – 4 months;
- Warmed facade works – 3 months;
- Occupational safety in construction – 3 months;
- Polymer flooring – 3 months;
- Polished flooring – 3 months;
- Concrete flooring – 3 months;
- Waterproofing works – 8 months.
Training courses start on the 10th of September 2024.
The intensity of the training process: 10 hours a week.
After completing the course:
You will get a joint certificate from the ELEMENT HOLDING and USAID Industry-Led Skills Development Program;
The students will be employed at the partner companies, including the subsidiary companies of ELEMENT HOLDING.
