Element Holding has opened a Skills Development Training and Retraining Center, established through a partnership with USAID’s Industry-led Skills Development Program.
This initiative aims to enhance the quality of vocational education in Georgia, create better employment opportunities, and contribute to the country’s economic growth.
Situated at A. Enukidze #7 in Tbilisi, the center features state-of-the-art infrastructure that adheres to international standards.
The training facility offers courses in eight specialized construction areas, including painting and decorating, electrical systems, reinforced concrete structures, plastering and finishing, waterproofing systems, quality control in civil and industrial construction, concrete and industrial flooring, and occupational safety in construction. These fields were carefully selected based on a detailed analysis of market demands in the construction sector.
The training programs are led by seasoned industry professionals who have undergone advanced preparation with international trainers. To make these opportunities accessible, Element Holding fully funds the training programs.
Upon completing the courses, participants will receive a joint certificate from Element Holding and USAID’s Industry-led Skills Development Program. Additionally, top-performing graduates can secure employment within Element Holding’s subsidiaries or its partner companies involved in the project.
