Levan Beradze graduated from Technical University of Georgia in 1996, majoring in construction economics and management.

In 1998, he continued his study in Germany, at the Technical University of Münster - majoring in construction management.

In parallel with his education, in 2000-2003, he worked as a contractor in the German construction company Rukwerk.

In 2003-2005, he occupied the same position in the company Brefeld.

In 2005, after graduating from the University of Münster, Levan Beradze returned to Georgia and founded ALL-P GROUP in 2007.

Introducing the German construction principles turned out to be successful. The company soon gained the status of a leader in flooring technology, which led to the expansion of services.

Under the leadership of Levan Beradze, various directions of construction were developed and companies of different profiles were formed, which nowadays are united by ELEMENT HOLDING. 

Paata Chitorelidze received higher education at Tbilisi State University in the field of commerce and marketing in 1994-1998.

In 2005-2007, he defended his master’s degree in business administration at ESM.

Paata Chitorelidze’s persona is well-known in the Georgian banking sector. In 2001-2018 he occupied various leading positions at TBC Bank.

Among them, he was the head of the Corporate Rehabilitation Department.

In 2018, being a Deputy Director of the Corporate and Investment Banking Business, he preferred to devote all his energy to the construction company he established.

Currently, Paata Chitorelidze is actively involved in both local and international projects of ELEMENT HOLDING.

Giorgi Beradze graduated from the Technical University of Georgia (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) in 1998. In 2000-2008, he majored in mechanical engineering and construction speciality at the Higher Technical University of Münster, Germany.

After completing his studies, he took the position of a laboratory technician at the department of metal technologies of the same institution.

Giorgi Beradze returned to Georgia in 2010 and became the director of ALL-P GROUP, an affliliated company of ELEMENT HOLDING.

Under his leadership, ALL-P GROUP created a number of innovative products on the Georgian market.

In 2019-2023, Giorgi Beradze occupied the position of a director of steel structure fabrication plant ALL-P METAL. During this period, the company expanded both the services and the customer profile.

Giorgi Beradze is currently involved in the implementation of the strategic goals of ELEMENT HOLDING, which involves the development of new directions and international expansion.

In 2016-2018, Zakro Ebelashvili defended his master’s degree in economics and financial analysis at the University of Palermo, Italy.

In 2018-2019, he studied at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Dubrovnik in Croatia.

After arriving in Georgia in 2019, he joined the projects of the holding partner company CTEAM. The mentioned activities emphasized the competitive advantages of holding’s affiliate companies in the market. 

Zakro Ebelashvili has been the general director of ELEMENT HOLDING since 2022. Under his immediate involvement, the holding structure was formed and the long-term strategy of the company’s development was elaborated.

Currently, his task is effective corporate management and strengthening of holding companies, and this is being practiced through the innovative business process management.
